The Delaware Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) provides a broad range of services to support older persons, persons with disabilities, and caregivers. Some of these services are operated directly by DSAAPD staff.
VAAA provides answers, action and advocacy on care for the elderly and disabled adults of Genesee, Lapeer, and Shiawassee Counties, by enhancing lives, empowering choice, sustaining independence and supporting caregivers and families.
Promotes independence of people with all types of disabilities, enabling choice in living setting, full access to the community, and control of their life.
