Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support

Division of Aging and Long Term Care Support (DALTCS) of the Navajo Nation. We are a division under the Navajo Department of Health.

We are located throughout the Navajo Nation with 5 Agency Offices; Chinle, Crownpoint, Ft. Defiance, Shiprock, and Tuba City. Of those 5 agency, we have 81 Senior Centers. Some Senior Centers cover 2-3 different communities.

DSAAPD, a division of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, assists individuals who are age 65 and older, and adults of all ages who have physical disabilities, to obtain needed AT devices and services.

Dixie Land Guide Dog Users

We provide education for the sighted community and peer mentoring with advocacy for the blindness community (guide dog, cane and sighted guide users alike), while promoting one community at large.

The DO-IT (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology) Center is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through technology and education. It promotes awareness and accessibility—in both the classroom and the workplace—to maximize the potential of individuals with disabilities and make our communities more vibrant, diverse, and inclusive.
