| Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support | Division of Aging and Long Term Care Support (DALTCS) of the Navajo Nation. We are a division under the Navajo Department of Health. We are located throughout the Navajo Nation with 5 Agency Offices; Chinle, Crownpoint, Ft. Defiance, Shiprock, and Tuba City. Of those 5 agency, we have 81 Senior Centers. Some Senior Centers cover 2-3 different communities. |

It promotes awareness and accessibility—in both the classroom and the workplace—to maximize the potential of individuals with disabilities and make our communities more vibrant, diverse, and inclusive. |
