Delta Dental Integrated Special Care Clinic

This clinic has been designed to provide care for patients with the following types of conditions: Cerebral palsy; development/intellectual disabilities; Autism Spectrum Disorder (mild to moderate); Acquired cognitive disabilities: dementia; Traumatic Brain; Injury; progressive neuro logic disorders such as Parkinson’s disease; Huntington’s disease; Physical disabilities that limit mobility; vision or hearing; Chronic medical problems such as diabetes; hypertension; heart disease; renal failure; COPD; Immunologically-mediated diseases such as Sjogren’s syndrome; Chronic pain syndromes

Dental Lifeline Network

Provides access to dental care and education for people who cannot afford it, ad have a permanent disability, who are 65 or older, or who are medically fragile.

Denver’s Aging and Disability Resource Center

The DRCOG Aging and Disability Resources Center for Colorado (ADRC) is the place where older adults (60+) and people with disabilities (18+) can get help accessing long-term services and supports to remain independent in the community. The ADRC helps people make informed choices about their care.

Department of Rehabilitation

The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) works in partnership with consumers and other stakeholders to provide services and advocacy resulting in employment, independent living, and equality for individuals with disabilities.

Responsible for the management of Vermont’s publicly funded health insurance programs.

Coordinate and offer services that help older adults remain in their homes, if that is their preference, and make it possible for older individuals to choose the services and living arrangements that suit them best.

Detroit Free Legal Aid Clinic, Inc.

Established in 1965, the Free Legal Aid Clinic (FLAC) provides legal assistance to low income and elderly residents of Wayne County in the areas of family law and elder law.

FLAC focuses on assisting victims of domestic abuse, elder abuse, or those who experience great barriers to justice. This organization is the only student run legal aid clinic in the nation staffed entirely by Wayne State University Law School students who provide legal services under the supervision of licensed attorneys, pursuant to Michigan Court Rule 8.120.

Detroit Subregional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped

Michigan residents who cannot see or read regular print due to a physical disability are eligible to receive free reading materials from a network of libraries.
