Disability Rights Arkansas (DRA) is the independent, private, nonprofit organization designated by the Governor of Arkansas to implement the federally funded and authorized Protection and Advocacy systems throughout the state.
RCAL belongs to a network of approximately 62 ILCs scattered through New York State. RCAL advocates for the rights and needs of individuals of all ages with disabilities through education to create accessinbility and promote independent living.
