The Delaware Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) provides a broad range of services to support older persons, persons with disabilities, and caregivers. Some of these services are operated directly by DSAAPD staff.
Works to improve the lives of older adults and individuals with disabilities to help them function as independently as possible in their homes and communities.
Support the health and wellness of older adults in our communities focusing on the overall well-being of these older citizens so that they may enjoy lives of dignity, confidence, and personal and family fulfillment.
Oversees operations and activities of programs that serve older adults and their families and people with disabilities, as well as provides leadership for a regional transportation coordination program.
Enhance independence and improve the health and wellness of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
