An Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is a public or nonprofit private agency that helps older Arizonans. AAAs are chosen by the State to plan and coordinate services at the local level and advocate for older adults
Provides employment services and counseling to individuals with disabilities who face barriers to work because of a physical, sensory, and/or mental disability.
Assists blind and visually impaired persons to achieve independence by providing education, developing work skills, increasing self-confidence and helping them remain employed or prepare for employment.
Determined to empower every individual, regardless of the nature or degree of their disability, so they can achieve their desired level of independence—whatever that level that may be.
