Virginia Commonwealth University’s RRTC through the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilition on Employer Practices Leading to Successful Employment Outcomes for Individuals with Disabilities provides needed information in employer practices that are associated with better employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. The cornerstone of this research is a series of studies embedded in businesses to examine the business practices that facilitate the hiring and advancement of individuals with disabilities. This research is conducted in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Bon Secours Virginia Health System.
