The University of Minnesota Institute for Community Inclusion’s RRTC/OM evaluates measures focused on the outcomes experienced by people with disabilities as well as the quality of services and supports they receive. More specifically, they conduct research, training, and provide technical assistance activities to promote quality outcome measurements in home and community-based activities.
