The Aging and Disability Resource Center is the first place for an individual seeking information or resources surrounding long-term care services for older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Here at West Texas Centers we believe that with proper supports and services, people with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities can begin their road to recovery and lead productive lives in the community.

Senior centers provide opportunities for individuals to socialize with one another and benefit from many other services.

Advocate for, develop, and coordinate public policies, regulations, and programs to assure full and equal opportunity for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing in West Virginia.

Administer and ensure adherence to, through education, investigation, mediation, and adjudication, the Human Rights Act which prohibits discrimination in employment, housing, and places of public accommodation.

Free service for all WV residents, connecting individuals who are deaf, deafblind, hard-of-earing, or have a speech disability with users of standard telephones.
